«حماية المنافسة» يوافق على صفقتي استحواذ بقطاعي التعليم والأزياء
وافق جهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية، عبر لجنة فحص ملفات إخطار التركزات الاقتصادية، على عدم التمانع في تنفيذ صفقتين جديدتين بالسوق المحلية، في إطار مراجعة التركزات الاقتصادية لضمان التنافسية. «بلزما إيجيبت» تستحوذ على «كوزموس فاشن» شملت الموافقة الأولى طلب استحواذ شركة «بلازما إيجيبت بي.في.» (Plasma Egypt B.V.) على كامل أسهم مجموعة «كوزموس فاشن» (Cosmos Fashion Group)، بنسبة 100%، بما ينقل ملكية المجموعة بالكامل إلى الشركة الاستثمارية. «الأهلي كابيتال» ترفع حصتها إلى 40% وتضمنت الموافقة الثانية منح شركة «الأهلي كابيتال القابضة»، الذراع الاستثمارية للبنك الأهلي المصري، الضوء الأخضر لرفع حصتها إلى 40% من أسهم شركة «القاهرة مصر للمنشآت التعليمية». وتشمل الصفقة استحواذ «الأهلي كابيتال» على 30 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، في إطار التوسع في قطاع المنشآت والخدمات التعليمية داخل السوق المصرية،Bullish Two Hundred Day Moving Average Cross - MVV
