أعلنت لجنة فحص ملفات إخطار التركزات الاقتصادية بجهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية، عن الموافقة على 3 صفقات استحواذ جديدة. صفقات الاستحواذ وأوضح جهاز حماية المنافسة أن صفقات الاستحواذ جائت كالتالي: طلب استحواذ شركة سيمنس إنيرجي جلوبال جي إم بي اتش آند كو. كيه. جي. على نسبة 50% من إجمالي أسهم شركة آر دبليو جي ريبير آند أوفرهالز ليمتد. طلب استحواذ شركة بيرميرا هولدينجز ليمتد من خلال شركة بالم لوكس توبكو إس سي إس بي على نسبة تخول لها التحكم الجماعي في شركة بروبرتي فايندر إنترناشيونال ليمتد. طلب استحواذ صندوق الاستثمار الحكومي النرويجي للدول النامية (نورفند) على نسبة تخول له التأثير المادي في شركة إيجيبت بي في ستورادج بي في. في حين وافقت اللجنة على طلب تأسيس شركة سفن للصناعة وشركة إس تي إنجنيرينج مارين ليمتد لمشروع مشترك باسم سفن إم آر أو. وقررت لجنة فحص ملفات إخطار التركزات الاقتصادية بجهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية الموافقة المشروطة على ملف الإخطار المقدم من شركة إي دي إف باور سوليوشنز إنترناشيونال بشأن استحواذها على 20% من أسهم شركة أوبيليسك للطاقة الشمسية ش.م.م.A new arms race is unfolding on the ocean floor
