قررت لجنة فحص ملفات إخطار التركزات الاقتصادية بجهاز حماية المنافسة ومنع الممارسات الاحتكارية الموافقة على عدد من طلبات التركز الاقتصادي المقدمة للجهاز. استحواذ دار الهندسة وتضمنت قائمة الموافقات طلب استحواذ شركة دار الهندسة للاستشارات شاعر وشركاه القابضة المحدودة على 100% من إجمالي أسهم شركة جون وود جروب بي إل س. استحواذ على شركة إنتاج إيدال قبرص كما وافقت اللجنة على طلب استحواذ كل من صندوق إس بي إي بي إي إف 3، وشركة بروباركو إس إيه، والبنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية، والشركة البلجيكية للاستثمار في الدول النامية على نسبة 71.64% من إجمالي أسهم شركة إنتاج إيدال قبرص ليمتد. صفقة ميتسوبيشي فوسو وشملت الموافقات أيضًا طلب استحواذ شركة أيه آي بي إل تي دي على نسبة 100% من إجمالي أسهم شركة ميتسوبيشي فوسو ترك آند بس كوربريشن. حقوق تصويت في أيه آي بي إل تي دي كما وافقت اللجنة على طلب استحواذ شركة دايملر ترك إيه جي على نسبة تتراوح من 26.7% إلى 44.3% من حقوق التصويت في شركة أيه آي بي إل تي دي. مشروع مشترك في الطاقة وتضمنت القرارات كذلك الموافقة على طلب استحواذ شركة إي دي إف باور سوليوشنز على التحكم في المشروع المشترك كامباني جينيرال دي هايدروالكتريسيتيه دي فولوب، وذلك بجانب كل من شركة أفريكا 50 – بي دي وشركة نيا فولوب ليمتد.Sugar Prices Consolidate Their Recent Rally
