«دايس» تستحوذ على أراضٍ بـ 22 مليون جنيه ضمن خطة التوسع الصناعي

أعلنت شركة دايس للملابس الجاهزة عن استحواذها على أراضٍ جديدة ضمن خطة التوسع والتطوير الصناعي، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز قدراتها الإنتاجية وتوسيع نشاطها في قطاع الملابس الجاهزة. ووفقًا لبيان الشركة المرسل إلى البورصة المصرية فقد تم شراء واستلام قطعة أرض جديدة بمساحة تقدّر بحوالي 23,350 متر مربع من خلال المزايدة العلنية للبنك الأهلي وبنك مصر، بقيمة إجمالية تقارب 22 مليون جنيه. كما أكدت الشركة استلام سبع قطع أراضٍ تشمل مبانٍ قائمة بمساحة إجمالية تقارب 60,000 متر مربع من شركة مصر حلوان للغزل والنسيج، ضمن المرحلة الأولى من اتفاقية الشراء التي تغطي نحو 70,000 متر مربع، كجزء من مذكرة التفاهم الموقعة مسبقًا مع الشركة لشراء 200,000 متر مربع من الأراضي وما عليها من مبانٍ. وبحسب البيان، فقد تم الإفصاح عن تفاصيل الأراضي المشتراة كالتالي: قطعة أرض فضاء بمساحة 62,000 متر مربع من المزايدة العلنية للبنك الأهلي وبنك مصر. قطعة أرض فضاء بمساحة 3,350 متر مربع من المزايدة العلنية للبنك الأهلي وبنك مصر. قطعة أرض بمساحة 70,000 متر مربع تشمل مبانٍ قائمة، استحوذت عليها الشركة من شركة مصر حلوان للغزل والنسيج، وجميع القطع تقع في موقع واحد.
