«دبي للاستثمار» تتنازل عن حصتها في «إعمار العقارية» لصالح «باور إنفستمنت»
أعلنت إعمار العقارية أن مؤسسة دبي للاستثمارات الحكومية تنازلت عن كامل حصتها البالغة نحو 22% في الشركة لصالح شركة الإمارات باور إنفسمنت، التابعة بالكامل لـ مجموعة دبي القابضة. وبعد إتمام الصفقة، ارتفعت الحصة الإجمالية لمجموعة دبي القابضة في إعمار العقارية إلى نحو 30% من أسهم الشركة. وعلى صعيد النتائج المالية، سجلت إعمار العقارية نموًا قويًا في أرباحها الفصلية بنسبة 35% لتقترب من 5 مليارات درهم، متجاوزة توقعات المحللين التي كانت تشير إلى تحقيق 4.56 مليار درهم. وأرجعت الشركة هذا الأداء إلى ارتفاع الإيرادات بنسبة 23% لتصل إلى 12.4 مليار درهم، مدفوعة بالنمو المستمر في الأنشطة العقارية. كما ارتفعت المبيعات العقارية بنسبة 16% لتسجل 22.4 مليار درهم إماراتي، فيما بلغت الإيرادات المتراكمة من المشروعات قيد التنفيذ نحو 163.4 مليار درهم إماراتي. وفي السياق ذاته، أعلنت إعمار توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بنسبة 100% من رأس المال، بإجمالي 8.9 مليار درهم إماراتي، وذلك للعام الثاني على التوالي.Zscaler tanks 31% for worst day ever on 'prudent' guidance, sales shakeup
