«درايف للتمويل» تصدر سندات توريق بقيمة 2.4 مليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة جي بي كورب، والرائدة في مجال السيارات بالشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا من خلال جي بي أوتو، إلى جانب نشاطها في الخدمات المالية غير المصرفية عبر جي بي كابيتال، عن إغلاق شركة درايف للتمويل، إحدى الشركات التابعة لها، الإصدار السادس لسندات التوريق بقيمة 2.4 مليار جنيه، وذلك بتاريخ 30 ديسمبر 2025. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن هذا الإصدار يُعد الأول ضمن البرنامج السادس عشر لشركة كابيتال للتوريق، بإجمالي قيمة مستهدفة تبلغ 25 مليار جنيه. وأضاف البيان أن البنك التجاري الدولي (CIB) والبنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي قاما بدور المستشار المالي والمدير والمرتب والمروج للإصدار، فيما تولى البنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي أيضًا مهام أمين الحفظ ومتلقي الاكتتاب. وأشار إلى أن البنك التجاري الدولي والبنك العربي الأفريقي الدولي وبنك البركة شاركوا في ضمان تغطية الاكتتاب، بينما تولى مكتب الدريني للمحاماة دور المستشار القانوني للإصدار، وقام مكتب بيكرتلي بدور مراجع الحسابات.Trump heads to Turkey as NATO is strained by Russian attacks, U.S. impatience
