«راكتا» تبحث مد فترة التصفية وتجديد تعيين المصفي العام
أعلنت الشركة العامة لصناعة الورق «راكتا» (تحت التصفية) دعوة الجمعية العامة العادية للانعقاد يوم الأربعاء الموافق 30 سبتمبر 2026. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أن الجمعية العامة ستنظر في مد فترة التصفية وتجديد تعيين المصفي العام ومعاونيه. ويتضمن جدول الأعمال التصديق على تقرير المصفي العام، واعتماد المركز المالي للشركة في 30 يونيو 2026، إلى جانب اعتماد حسابات التصفية عن الفترة من 1 يناير وحتى 30 يونيو 2026. كما تناقش الجمعية اعتماد العلاوة الدورية والمنحة الشهرية للعاملين اعتبارًا من 1 يوليو 2026، إلى جانب تعديل البند الخاص ببدل طبيعة العمل في لائحة نظام العاملين. ويشمل جدول الأعمال أيضًا اعتماد زيادة الراتب الشهري للمصفي العام ومعاونيهTikTok CEO sees major scientific breakthroughs from AI within three years
