«راية» تمول شركتها التابعة بـ 29 مليون ريال لتعزيز التوسع في السعودية

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة راية لخدمات مراكز الاتصالات على تقديم تمويل بقيمة 29 مليون ريال سعودي لصالح شركة «جلف كستومر إكسبيرينس»، التابعة لها والمملوكة بالكامل بنسبة 100%. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن التمويل يستهدف زيادة رأسمال الشركة التابعة وتعزيز أنشطتها، خاصة في فرعها بالمملكة العربية السعودية. وعلى صعيد الأداء المالي، سجلت راية لخدمات مراكز الاتصالات تراجعًا في صافي الأرباح المجمعة بنسبة 4.7%، لتبلغ 323.91 مليون جنيه خلال العام المالي المنتهي في ديسمبر الماضي، مقارنة بنحو 339.8 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنة، مع احتساب حقوق الأقلية. في المقابل، ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة إلى 2.83 مليار جنيه، مقابل 2.52 مليار جنيه خلال عام 2024، ما يعكس نموًا في حجم الأعمال رغم تراجع الأرباح
