روسيا تحظر صادرات الديزل والبنزين حتى نهاية 2025
أعلنت روسيا، عن حظر تصدير الديزل على بعض الشركات حتى نهاية عام 2025، كما مددت القيود على مبيعات البنزين إلى الخارج، وذلك في ظل الاضطرابات التي تشهدها عمليات التكرير نتيجة هجمات الطائرات المسيرة الأوكرانية. تصدير الديزل وأوضحت الحكومة في بيان على قناتها في “تليجرام” إنها منعت حتى نهاية العام تصدير الديزل المنقول عبر البحر وزيت الوقود وأنواع أخرى من غاز النفط على الموزعين، أي الشركات التي تشتري الديزل داخل روسيا ثم تعيد تصديره. في حين مددت الحكومة حظر صادرات البنزين ليشمل المنتجين والموزعين معاً حتى 31 ديسمبر، وفق البيان. هجمات أوكرانيا على البنية التحتية للطاقة الروسية وجاء ذلك بعدما كثفت أوكرانيا هجماتها على البنية التحتية للطاقة الروسية بهدف تقليص تدفق العائدات النفطية إلى خزائن الكرملين وكذلك إمدادات الوقود إلى الجبهة. وكانت المصافي هدفاً رئيسياً للهجمات الأخيرة، ما تسبب في انخفاض معدلات تكرير الخام بما لا يقل عن 7% منذ تصاعد الهجمات مطلع أغسطس، وهو ما فاقم أزمة الوقود في السوق المحلية.Fed holds rates steady: What it means for credit cards, savings accounts, mortgages and auto loans
