سهم «جورميه إيجيبت» يرتفع 24% مستهل تعاملات البورصة
ارتفع سهم شركة جورميه إيجيبت دوت كوم بنسبة 24% في مستهل تعاملات البورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء، عقب تنفيذ الطرح العام والخاص لأسهم الشركة. تفاصيل الطرح وأعلنت إدارة البورصة المصرية عن طرح 190.516 مليون سهم، تمثل نحو 47.6% من إجمالي رأس مال الشركة البالغ 400 مليون سهم، بسعر 6.90 جنيه للسهم، بقيمة إجمالية تصل إلى 1.314 مليار جنيه. واعتمدت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية نهاية يناير الماضي نشرة الطرح، والتي تتضمن شريحة خاصة متاحة للمؤسسات المالية والأفراد ذوي الخبرة في مجال الأوراق المالية والملاءة المالية، وشريحة عامة مطروحة للجمهور في مصر. هيكلة الطرح ويتكون الطرح المشترك من 152.413 مليون سهم مخصص للطرح الخاص، و38.103 مليون سهم مخصص للطرح العام. المساهمون البائعون يشمل الطرح مساهمين بائعين من بينهم شركة بي إنفستمنتس القابضة، إضافة إلى باسم أبو غزالة، جلال أبو غزالة، ديمه أبو غزالة، وأمجد سلطان. المستشارون والمنسقون وتتولى شركة إي اف سي هيرميس دور المنسق الدولي الأوحد للطرح المشترك، بينما يقوم مكتب إم إتش أر وشركاؤه بالتعاون مع وايت أند كيس بدور المستشار القانوني المحلي لمُصدر الطرح.Apple iPhone 18 Pro supplier list, parts and photos exposed in Tata data leak
