«سيدي كرير» توزع نصف جنيه للسهم أرباح نقدية على المساهمين
أقرت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة سيدي كرير للبتروكيماويات (سيدبك) توزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بقيمة 0.5 جنيه للسهم عن عام 2025، على أن يتم الصرف بحلول 31 ديسمبر 2026. كما اعتمدت الجمعية القوائم المالية للسنة المالية المنتهية في 2025، وتقرير مجلس الإدارة، وأقرت إبراء ذمة رئيس وأعضاء المجلس عن تلك السنة المالية. وفيما يتعلق بتشكيل مجلس الإدارة، وافقت الجمعية على التغييرات الجديدة وتحديد البدلات والمكافآت للعام المالي 2026، بالإضافة إلى تجديد عقود المعاوضة مع الشركاء المساهمين خلال العام الجاري. وفي سياق منفصل قالت الشركة إنها سجلت أرباح الشركة تراجعاً بنسبة 55.4% خلال 2025 لتصل إلى 1.13 مليار جنيه، مقارنة بـ 2.53 مليار جنيه في 2024، في حين ارتفعت المبيعات إلى 14.41 مليار جنيه مقابل 14.15 مليار جنيه في العام السابق. كما تقدمت الشركة بمستندات قيد أسهم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 1.814 مليار جنيه إلى 2.268 مليار جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 453.6 مليون جنيه من خلال إصدار 226.8 مليون سهم مجاني بقيمة اسمية 2 جنيه للسهم، تمويلاً من حصة المساهمين في توزيعات أرباح 2024، وجاري فحص المستندات تمهيداً لعرضها على لجنة القيد بالبورصة المصرية.TKC Crosses Above Key Moving Average Level
