شركة NNS City تستحوذ على 30.66% من «أوراسكوم كونستراكشون»
أعلنت شركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون بي إل سي عن تنفيذ عملية إعادة هيكلة داخلية ضمن مجموعة NNS، تضمنت قيام شركة NNS City (Cyprus) Ltd بالاستحواذ على 33.795 مليون سهم من شركة NNS Holding (Cyprus) Limited، بما يمثل نحو 30.66% من رأسمال الشركة المصدر. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن هذه العملية تأتي في إطار إعادة تنظيم داخلي لهيكل الملكية داخل مجموعة NNS، مؤكدة أنه لا يترتب عليها أي تغيير في الملكية الفعلية النهائية للأسهم أو في هيكل السيطرة على الشركة. وأضاف البيان أن إجمالي ملكية ناصف ساويرس والكيانات التابعة له في الشركة يبلغ نحو 48.455 مليون سهم، بما يمثل 43.95% من رأسمال الشركة المصدر، موزعة بين عدة كيانات تابعة. وبحسب الإفصاح، تتوزع الملكية كالتالي: شركة NNS City (Cyprus) Ltd: نحو 33.795 مليون سهم (30.66%) شركة NNS City: نحو 14.630 مليون سهم (13.27%) السيد ناصف ساويرس: نحو 29.442 ألف سهم (0.027%) وأشارت الشركة إلى أن هذه الخطوة لا تمثل تغييرًا في هيكل الملكية الفعلي، وإنما إعادة توزيع داخلي بين كيانات المجموعة، ويُذكر أن الشركة كانت قد أعلنت في 16 أبريل الماضي عن ارتفاع حصة ناصف ساويرس والكيانات التابعة له إلى 43.39% من إجمالي رأسمال الشركة، بعد تنفيذ عمليات شراء أسهم إضافية من قبل إحدى شركات المجموعة.CNBC Daily Open: Hostilities heat up, market rally cools
