«شعبة الدواجن»: لدينا فائض 200 مليون دجاجة.. ونفاوض الكويت والإمارات للتصدير
قال سامح السيد رئيس شعبة الدواجن إنه جاري التفاوض مع الكويت والإمارات لتصدير الدواجن المصرية، لافتاً إلى تصدير 360 ألف طن من الفراخ فعلياً إلى قطر. وأوضح السيد في تصريحات للاستثمار العربي أن هناك فائض في إنتاج الدواجن بواقع 200 مليون فرخه، متوقعاً تراجع الأسعار بنسبة 25% خلال الفترة المقبلة نتيجة زيادة المعروض. سلامة الدواجن في الأسواق ونفى السيد ما تم تداوله على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن عدم صلاحية الدواجن المتداولة في الأسواق، مؤكداً أنها آمنة تماماً للاستهلاك وتخضع لفحوصات دورية دقيقة تضمن جودتها وسلامتها. قرارات رسمية بشأن هياكل الدواجن وأوضح أن هناك قراراً رسمياً صدر من هيئة سلامة الغذاء والمواصفات القياسية واتحاد الصناعات باعتبار هياكل الدواجن ضمن المخلفات الغذائية، ومنع تداولها للاستهلاك الآدمي. إجراءات رقابية على المخالفات وأشار إلى أن هياكل الدواجن لا تكون صالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي بعد مرور 3 أيام على الذبح، لافتاً إلى أن بعض المصانع تقوم بفرمها وإعادة استخدامها بالمخالفة للقانون. وأضاف أن هيئة سلامة الغذاء بدأت بالفعل منذ أسبوع في تطبيق إجراءات صارمة ضد هذه المخالفات، تشمل الغلق بالشمع الأحمر إلى جانب فرض غرامات مالية.U.S. peace deal with Iran in question as Israel strikes Lebanon
