قال خالد فكري، رئيس شعبة المخابز بغرفة القاهرة التجارية، أن هناك مقترح بخفض وزن رغيف الخبز 10 جرمات بدلاً من رفع السعر. وكشف ، رئيس شعبة المخابز بغرفة القاهرة التجارية، خلال مداخلة هاتفية ببرنامج مساء دي ام سي، مع الاعلامي اسامة كمال، عن ارتفاع أسعار الدقيق خلال الأسبوع الأخير بنحو 4.5 آلاف جنيه للطن، لتتجاوز 21 ألف جنيه، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الزيادة تنعكس على تكلفة إنتاج رغيف الخبز. ارتفاع سعر طن الدقيق وأضاف أن ارتفاع سعر طن الدقيق بنحو 4.5 آلاف جنيه يعادل زيادة في تكلفة إنتاج رغيف الخبز تقدر بنحو ربع جنيه للرغيف، وهو ما يمثل ضغطًا إضافيًا على أصحاب المخابز. وأشار رئيس شعبة المخابز إلى مقترح بخفض وزن رغيف الخبز بمعدل 10 جرامات، ليصل إلى 70 جرامًا، وذلك كبديل عن زيادة سعر الرغيف، في ظل الارتفاعات الأخيرة في أسعار الدقيق، ولفت إلى أن العمالة في المخبز السياحي تختلف عن المخبز البلدي، موضحًا أن المخبز السياحي ينتج كميات أقل، بينما يتحمل مصروفات مرتفعة، خاصة أنه غير مدعم. وأضاف أن أصحاب المخابز يواجهون حالة من عدم وضوح الرؤية بشأن أسعار رغيف الخبز السياحي، في ظل عدم معرفة اتجاهات أسعار القمح خلال الفترة المقبلة، إلى جانب التطورات والأوضاع في الأسواق العالمية.Barclays Initiates Coverage of Northrop Grumman at Underweight
