تستعد شركة الأزياء السريعة «شي إن» لطرح أسهمها للاكتتاب العام في بورصة هونج كونج، مستهدفة جمع ما يصل إلى 1.77 مليار دولار، مع بدء تداول أسهمها في الأول من سبتمبر المقبل. وقالت الشركة، في بيان اليوم الاثنين، إنها تعتزم طرح نحو 280 مليون سهم، بسعر يتراوح بين 6.07 و6.32 دولار للسهم. وعند الحد الأعلى للنطاق السعري للطرح، ستصل القيمة السوقية لـ«شي إن» إلى نحو 27 مليار دولار، وهو مستوى يقل بنحو 73% عن تقييم الشركة البالغ نحو 100 مليار دولار خلال جولة تمويل خاصة في عام 2022. ويأتي انخفاض التقييم في ظل تباطؤ نمو المبيعات وارتفاع التكاليف، إلى جانب تزايد الضغوط التنظيمية التي واجهتها الشركة خلال السنوات الأخيرة. ويُعد إدراج «شي إن» في هونج كونج خطوة طال انتظارها، بعدما تعثرت محاولات سابقة لطرح أسهم الشركة في الولايات المتحدة ولندن، بسبب عقبات تنظيمية وتدقيق متزايد بشأن أنشطتها. وتتخذ «شي إن» من سنغافورة مقرًا لها، فيما تأسست الشركة في الصين، وتخضع أنشطتها لمتابعة متزايدة من الجهات التنظيمية في عدد من الأسواق العالمية. وتتولى مؤسسات مالية عالمية كبرى، من بينها «جولدمان ساكس» و«مورجان ستانلي» و«جي بي مورجان»، إدارة عملية الطرح العام الأولي لأسهم الشركة.Ex-Div Reminder for CRA International (CRAI)
