صندوق التأمين الحكومي يبيع جزءًا من حصته في «بلتون» مقابل 34.7 مليون جنيه
أفصحت شركة بلتون القابضة عن قيام صندوق التأمين الاجتماعي للعاملين بالقطاع الحكومي ببيع 10.78 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، مقابل 34.7 مليون جنيه. وقالت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، إن عدد الأسهم المباعة بلغ 10,780,718 سهمًا، بمتوسط سعر بيع 3.22 جنيه للسهم، لتصل القيمة الإجمالية للصفقة إلى نحو 34.71 مليون جنيه. وأسفرت العملية عن تراجع نسبة ملكية صندوق التأمين الاجتماعي للعاملين بالقطاع الحكومي في بلتون القابضة من 4.91% قبل تنفيذ الصفقة إلى 5.01% بعدها. وأشارت إلى أنه تم تنفيذ الصفقة من خلال شركة إتش سي لتداول الأوراق المالية والسندات، وذلك بتاريخ 2 يونيو 2026.India’s largest private lender HDFC Bank sees shares rise after CEO announces surprise exit
