صندوق KINGSWAY FCF OVERFLOW يبيع كامل حصته في إيديتا مقابل 1.26 مليار جنيه

  أعلنت شركة إيديتا للصناعات الغذائية عن تخارج الصندوق الاستثماري KINGSWAY FCF Overflow SPC – Segregated Portfolio Three من هيكل ملكية الشركة، بعد قيامه ببيع كامل حصته البالغة 3.68% من رأس المال.   وأوضحت إيديتا، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الصندوق باع نحو 51.469 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 1.261 مليار جنيه، وبمتوسط سعر 24.50 جنيه للسهم الواحد، فيما تولت شركة إي إف جي هيرميس الدولية لتداول الأوراق المالية تنفيذ الصفقة.   وبحسب البيان، بلغت نسبة حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم 6.01%، موزعة بواقع 5.17% لصالح KINGSWAY Fund Frontier Consumer Franchises، و0.84% لصالح KINGSWAY Fund Frontier Consumer Franchises Extoba.   وفي سياق متصل، أعلنت إيديتا صباح اليوم عن قيام شركة Quantum Investment BV بزيادة حصتها في رأسمال الشركة من 45.074% إلى 48.79%، من خلال شراء العدد نفسه من الأسهم البالغ 51.469 مليون سهم، وبقيمة إجمالية قدرها 1.261 مليار جنيه.
