طرح 25% من أسهم «توسع للتخصيم» وبدء التداول الخميس المقبل
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تنفيذ الطرح العام والخاص لأسهم شركة توسع للتخصيم بعدد 18,750,000 سهم، بما يمثل 25% من أسهم رأسمال الشركة المصدر، بسعر 1.73 جنيه للسهم، بقيمة إجمالية 32,437,500 جنيه، وجاءت تفاصيل الطرح على النحو التالي: وجاءت تفاصيل الطرح على النحو التالي: الشريحة الأولى (الطرح الخاص): 15 مليون سهم، تمثل 80% من إجمالي الطرح و20% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة. الشريحة الثانية (الطرح العام): 3,750,000 سهم، تمثل 20% من إجمالي الطرح و5% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة، مع تخصيص الأسهم لكل مشتري بالنسبة والتناسب بين الكمية المطروحة والكمية المطلوبة، مع مراعاة جبر الكسور. وسيتم إدراج أسهم الشركة في قائمة النيل بسوق المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة، على أن يبدأ التداول اعتباراً من جلسة يوم الخميس الموافق 13/11/2025، بسعر فتح يعادل سعر الطرح 1.73 جنيه للسهم. وأوضحت البورصة أن الحدود السعرية للسهم في أول يوم تداول ستكون ضعف الحدود المعتادة (20%)، دون تطبيق آليات الإيقاف المؤقت، على أن تطبق الحدود السعرية المعتادة اعتباراً من الجلسة التالية. كما سيتم فتح سوق الصفقات الخاصة (OPR) لمدة 30 يوماً من 13/11/2025 حتى 14/12/2025 لضمان استقرار سعر السهم بعد الطرح العام، مع التزام مدير الطرح بتسجيل أوامر شراء مفتوحة بسعر الطرح، وحق المساهمين الراغبين بالبيع من المشترين في الطرح العام فقط تسجيل أوامر بيع وفق الشروط المحددة.
