«طلعت مصطفى» تضع حجر الأساس لـ«يامال» و«جود» بمبيعات 4.7 مليار دولار
أعلنت مجموعة طلعت مصطفى مسقط للتطوير العقاري عن وضع حجر الأساس لمشروعيها “يامال” و “جود” متعددا الاستخدامات بسلطنة عمان، وذلك وسط توقعات بأن تصل قيمة المبيعات 18 مليار ريال عماني (4.7 مليار دولار) على مدى عمر المشروعين، وسيتم إطلاق عملية البيع اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 2 ديسمبر. تسليم وحدات سكنية أو فندقية وأضافت المجموعة في بيان إلى البورصة اليوم الثلاثاء ، أنه سيتم تطوير المشروعين بشكل متزامن، ومن المقرر أن يسلم ما يقرب من 15 ألف وحدة سكنية وفندقية. وتوقعت أن تبلغ قيمة مبيعات هذه الوحدات مجتمعة 18 مليار ريال عماني (4.7 مليار دولار) على مدى عمر المشروعين. وعن سبب اختيار سلطنة عمان فأوضحت المجموعة بأنه تم بناءًا على دراسات دقيقة، مضيفة أن المشروع يهدف لإقامة مجتمع سياحي وسكنى راقي. مساحة المشروعين ويمتد المشروعين على مساحة 4.9 مليون متر مربع غرب العاصمة مسقط بسلطنة عمان، حيث يمتد مشروع “يامال” السياحي على ساحل خليج عمان بواجهه شاطئية تصل الى 1.760 ألف متر وتبلغ مساحته 2.2 مليون متر مربع، ويتخلل المشروع حديقة النسيم التراثية الترفيهية على مساحة 215 ألف متر مربع. وأضافت، أن مشروع “جود” السكنى يقع على مساحة 2.7 مليون متر مربع في مدينة السلطان هيثم، ويضم وحدات سكنية متنوعة تلبى احتياجات شرائح متعددة ومساحات خضراء شاسعة.These underperforming trades could yield big returns over next six months
