«طيبة بي.في» ترفع حصتها في «تعليم لخدمات الإدارة» إلى 24.03%
أعلنت شركة «طيبة بي.في» (THEBES B.V) عن رفع حصتها في رأسمال شركة تعليم لخدمات الإدارة إلى 24.03% بدلًا من 23.98% سابقًا. وأوضحت شركة التجاري الدولي للسمسرة في الأوراق المالية، المنفذة للصفقة، أن «طيبة» اشترت نحو 316.07 ألف سهم من أسهم «تعليم»، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 4.07 مليون جنيه، وبمتوسط سعر 12.89 جنيه للسهم الواحد. وحققت شركة تعليم لخدمات الإدارة صافي ربح قدره 813.53 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من سبتمبر 2024 حتى نهاية مايو 2025، مقابل 612.95 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنة من العام المالي الماضي، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت الإيرادات إلى 1.79 مليار جنيه خلال التسعة أشهر المنتهية، مقارنة بنحو 1.14 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام السابق، في حين تراجعت الأرباح المستقلة إلى 143.72 مليون جنيه مقابل 170.8 مليون جنيه خلال فترة المقارنة.Vehicle mows down crowd at Berlin Pride festival, killing one
