أعلنت شركة العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ، عن تغيير أسم العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، ليصبح العاصمة الجديدة فى كافة المراسلات الرسمية والمكاتبات الرسمية. وكانت قد ارتفعت أصول الشركة إلى 335 مليار جنيه عن العام المالي 2024، بدلًا من 279 مليار بنسبة زيادة قدرها 20% تقريباً عن العام المالي السابق. شركة العاصمة الإدارية وحققت شركة العاصمة الإدارية إجمالي أرباح قبل الضرائب بقيمة 35 مليار جنيه بزيادة قدرها 9 مليار جنيه عن العام المالي السابق وبنسبة زيادة قدرها 35% كما بلغ اجمالي إيرادات النشاط 48 مليار جنيه. صافي الربح هذا وقد بلغ صافي الربح بعد خصم الضرائب عن عام 2024 إجمالي مبلغ 26 مليار جنيه ، وبلغت قيمة الضرائب عن عام 2024 مبلغ 8,2 مليار جنيه مقابل مبلغ 8,6 مليار جنيه عن عام 2023 بانخفاض قدره 400 مليون جنيه وذلك بخلاف ضريبة القيمة المضافة والتي بلغت 13 مليون جنيه وضريبة توزيعات الأرباح بقيمة 1،3 مليار جنيه ليكون بذلك إجمالي ما تم سداده من ضرائب 9,7 مليار جنيه. كما بلغ نصيب السهم من الأرباح عن العام المالي 2024 مبلغ 60 جنيه والذي يمثل 60% من قيمة السهم مع ارتفاع قيمة الأصول عن العام المالي 2024 لتكون 335 مليار جنيه بدلًا من 279 مليار بنسبة زيادة قدرها 20% تقريباً عن العام المالي السابق. إضافة لما سبق فإن الشركة قاربت على الانتهاء من مرافق جميع أراضي المرحلة الأولى بالتزامن مع الحملات الترويجية والتسويقية للعاصمة داخل وخارج مصر مما سينتج زيادة مبيعات الشركة خلال الفترة المقبلة دون تحمل مزيد من التكاليفThe White House is dictating access to frontier AI models, shifting power from tech giants
