«عامر جروب» توافق على إعادة هيكلة «ANC للتنمية السياحية» تمهيدًا لطرح أسهمها بالبورصة
وافقت الجمعية العامة لشركة مجموعة عامر القابضة «عامر جروب» بالإجماع على إعادة هيكلة شركة «إيه إن سي للتنمية السياحية» التابعة، والتي كانت تحمل اسم «عامر للتنمية السياحية» سابقًا، بهدف تداول أسهمها في البورصة المصرية. وحسب بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، تتضمن إعادة الهيكلة توزيع جزء أو كل الأرباح المرحلة الظاهرة بالقوائم المالية المجمعة لـ«عامر جروب» عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025 على مساهمي الشركة، في صورة أسهم مجانية بالشركة التابعة، وذلك بالقيمة الدفترية للسهم. وتأتي عملية إعادة الهيكلة في إطار خطة فصل الشركة التابعة وتوزيع أسهمها على مساهمي «عامر جروب» (Spin-Off) تمهيدًا لقيدها وتداولها في البورصة المصرية، مع قيام شركة إي إف جي هيرميس بدور المستشار المالي للعملية. كما وافقت الجمعية العامة بالإجماع على الترخيص لمجلس إدارة شركة «إيه إن سي للتنمية السياحية» باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لقيد أسهم الشركة في البورصة المصرية قيدًا مؤقتًا، تمهيدًا لبدء تداولها، وذلك بناءً على تقرير إفصاح بغرض التداول. وتستهدف الخطوة استكمال الإجراءات التنظيمية والفنية اللازمة لفصل الشركة التابعة وإتاحة أسهمها للتداول في سوق المال المصري.OpenAI boss Sam Altman spells out how and why the AI industry wants to slow down: 'We could lose control'
