كشف بنك QNB مصر، عن تعيين على عبد الرؤف بمنصب الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات بالبنك. ويأتي هذا التعيين في إطار استراتيجية بنك QNB مصر الهادفة إلى تعزيز الهيكل الإداري وتطوير الأداء التنفيذي بما يدعم نمو أعمال البنك في السوق المصرية ويواكب تطلعاته التوسعية في مختلف القطاعات المصرفية. وأشار البنك في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء، إلى أنه تم الموافقة على انضمام محمد علاء الدین محمد خيرت – عضوا تنفيذيا بمجلس الإدارة للدورة الحالية 2028-2025، وذلك بعد ورود موافقة البنك المركزي المصري في 26 نوفمبر 2025. كما وافق QNB على تعيين على عبد الرؤف ابراهيم حسن – الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات بالبنك بعد ورود موافقة البنك المركزي المصري. وأوضح البنك موافقة مجلس إدارته على استقالة طارق عبد الرؤوف مجدي فايد العضو التنفيذي بمجلس إدارة البنك اعتبارا من 31/12/2025 من الدورة الحالية 2025-2028.Palo Alto CEO Arora says AI pricing needs to fall 90% as token costs skyrocket
