عودة التداول على أسهم «ليسيكو مصر» الأحد المقبل
قررت لجنة العمليات بالبورصة المصرية رفع الإيقاف المؤقت على التداول على أسهم شركة ليسيكو مصر، اعتبارًا من جلسة تداول يوم الأحد الموافق 26 يوليو 2026، وذلك عقب استكمال إجراءات اندماج ثلاث شركات تابعة في الشركة المصدرة. وأوضحت البورصة، في بيان اليوم، أن سعر الفتح (السعر المرجعي) لسهم الشركة في أول جلسة تداول بعد تنفيذ الاندماج سيكون 33.83 جنيهًا للسهم، وهو آخر سعر إغلاق قبل وقف التداول على أسهم الشركة. وأضافت أن التداول على أسهم ليسيكو مصر سيستمر بعد استئناف التعامل وفقًا للآليات والقواعد المعمول بها في السوق المدرجة بالبورصة المصرية. ويأتي استئناف التداول بعد الانتهاء من إجراءات اندماج ثلاث شركات تابعة داخل الشركة المصدرة، في إطار استكمال الإجراءات التنظيمية الخاصة بعملية الاندماج.CNBC Daily Open: Does Nvidia need a hug?
