«فاليو» تتم الإصدار الـ18 لسندات توريق بـ1.09 مليار جنيه
أعلنت شركة يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي “فاليو” عن نجاحها في إتمام الإصدار الثامن عشر لسندات التوريق بقيمة 1.096 مليار جنيه، بالتعاون مع إي اف جي هيرميس. ويُعد هذا الإصدار الثاني للشركة ضمن برنامج سندات التوريق الخامس، حيث تم طرحه على شريحتين بمدة إجمالية 18 شهرًا. تفاصيل الشرائح جاءت الشريحة الأولى (A) بقيمة 767.13 مليون جنيه لمدة 12 شهرًا، وحصلت على تصنيف ائتماني (SF) P1 بمعدل فائدة ثابتة. أما الشريحة الثانية (B) فجاءت بقيمة 328.77 مليون جنيه لمدة 18 شهرًا، وحصلت على تصنيف ائتماني (SF) A- بمعدل فائدة ثابتة. الأداء المالي للشركة أظهرت النتائج المالية أن الشركة حققت أرباحًا بلغت 340.5 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل 207.72 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من 2024، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت الإيرادات إلى 1.56 مليار جنيه خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري، مقارنة بـ 968.34 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي. القوائم غير المجمعة أما على مستوى القوائم المالية غير المجمعة، فقد ارتفعت أرباح الشركة المستقلة خلال النصف الأول من 2025 إلى 290 مليون جنيه، مقابل 210.73 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة ذاتها من 2024.Microsoft is set to report earnings after the bell, and all eyes are on its spending plans
