«فاليو» تصدر بـ3 مليار جنيه سندات لتمويل نشاطها
وافق مجلس إدارة شركة يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي “فاليو”، على تقديم مشروع للجمعية العامة غير العادية لإصدار سندات غير قابلة للتحويل إلى أسهم بالجنيه بقيمة تصل إلى 3 مليار جنيه بغرض تمويل نشاط الشركة. وقالت الشركة في بيان لبورصة مصر اليوم، إن المجلس وافق على تفويض رئيس مجلس الإدارة في اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة لدعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية وتحديد موعدها ومكان انعقادها، والتوقيع على المستندات الخاصة بالإصدار، وتعيين مستشاري الإصدار، وإجراء أي تعديلات لازمة على الشروط. التمويل الاستهلاكي يشار أن يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي -فاليو للتمويل الاستهلاكي سابقًا- حققت أرباحاً بلغت 340.5 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل أرباح بلغت 207.72 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من 2024، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. وارتفعت إيرادات الشركة خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري إلى 1.56 مليار جنيه، مقابل 968.34 مليون جنيه في النصف المقارن من العام الماضي. وعلى صعيد القوائم غير المجمعة، ارتفعت أرباح الشركة المستقلة خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري إلى 290 مليون جنيه، مقابل أرباح بلغت 210.73 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من 2024.OpenAI expands review of model behavior after more rogue agent incidents emerge
