«فاليو» و«إي إف جي القابضة» تمنح عامليها أسهم بـ 49 مليون جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية اليوم الخميس 5 مارس 2026، تنفيذ صفقات نقل ملكية أسهم ضمن نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين في شركتين محليتين، في خطوة تهدف إلى تحفيز الموظفين ودعم استقرار ملكية الأسهم. مجموعة إي إف جي القابضة، حيث تم اليوم تنفيذ صفقة على 6,294,830 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية 47,777,760 جنيه، ضمن نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. يو للتمويل الاستهلاكي، حيث تم تنفيذ صفقة على 1,998,202 سهمًا بقيمة إجمالية 1,552,603 جنيه، في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت شركة مجموعة إي إف جي القابضة، عن تنفيذ صفقة على أسهمها لصالح مجموعة الجارحي للاستثمار والتطوير، بقيمة 39 مليون جنيه قامت شركة مجموعة الجارحي للاستثمار والتطوير بشراء عدد 1.354 مليون سهم من أسهم «إي إف جي القابضة»، بمتوسط سعر 28.935 جنيه للسهم، وبقيمة إجمالية للصفقة بلغت نحو 39.19 مليون جنيه حسب افصاح للبورصة. ارتفعت نسبة ملكية المشتري قبل تنفيذ الصفقة من 3.789% إلى 3.884% من رأس مال الشركة. كما أوضح النموذج أن نسبة ملكية المجموعات المرتبطة بالمشتري ارتفعت بعد تنفيذ الصفقة إلى 10.090%، مقابل 6.206% قبل التنفيذ.Corn Slipping Lower on Wednesday
