«فيركيم مصر» تستهدف إضافة نشاط إنتاج وبيع الطاقة الكهربائية
وافقت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على نشر تقرير الإفصاح الخاص بشركة فيركيم مصر للأسمدة والكيماويات، بشأن إضافة نشاط جديد إلى أنشطة الشركة. وأوضحت الهيئة أن تقرير الإفصاح يتضمن السير في إجراءات دعوة الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة للنظر في تعديل المادة رقم (3) من النظام الأساسي، بما يسمح بإضافة نشاط «إنتاج وبيع الطاقة الكهربائية». ويأتي التعديل المقترح في إطار توجه الشركة نحو تنويع مصادر الإيرادات وتعظيم الاستفادة من أصولها وإمكاناتها المتاحة في قطاع الطاقة، إلى جانب إتاحة الفرصة أمامها لتنفيذ مشروعات لإنتاج الكهرباء سواء للاستخدام الذاتي أو بيع الفائض منها. وأكدت الهيئة أن ممارسة النشاط الجديد تظل مرهونة بالحصول على الموافقات والتراخيص اللازمة من الجهات المختصة.Nvidia agrees to buy Hugging Face for almost $13 billion, expanding further up AI stack
