«قرة للطاقة» تحدد آخر موعد للاستفادة من آلية دعم استقرار السهم
أخطرت شركة قرة لمشروعات الطاقة والاستثمار البورصة المصرية بأن آخر موعد يحق خلاله للمستثمرين الراغبين في بيع أسهمهم ضمن آلية دعم استقرار سعر السهم هو 12 يوليو 2026. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة، أن ذلك يأتي في إطار أحكام وآلية استقرار سعر السهم الواردة بنشرة الطرح المعتمدة من الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية بتاريخ 17 مايو 2026. وكانت الشركة قد نفذت الطرح العام والخاص لعدد 247.5 مليون سهم في البورصة المصرية، بسعر 2.97 جنيه للسهم، وفقًا لما ورد في نشرة الطرح. وأضافت أن فترة احتساب دعم استقرار سعر السهم تمتد لمدة 30 يومًا ميلاديًا، تبدأ من أول يوم لتداول أسهم الشركة بالبورصة المصرية، والذي وافق 11 يونيو 2026. وأكدت الشركة أن 12 يوليو الجاري يمثل آخر موعد لإيداع أوامر البيع لدى نظام الحساب المفتوح بالبورصة المصرية بالنسبة للمستثمرين الراغبين في الاستفادة من آلية استقرار سعر السهم، وفقًا للضوابط المنظمة لذلك.Cramer says 'everything still revolves around Nvidia' despite its lagging stock
