«قسطلي» تعتزم الطرح في البورصة المصرية خلال 2027
إيهاب عمر، العضو المنتدب لشركة “قسطلي” للتمويل العقاري، كشف عن نية الشركة إدراج أسهمها في البورصة المصرية للاكتتاب العام خلال عام 2027 كجزء من خياراتها الاستراتيجية لجمع التمويل. خطة الطرح العام وأشار إلى أن الشركة تعمل حاليًا على إعداد خطة الطرح العام، حيث يتم حالياً المفاضلة بين ثلاثة مكاتب استشارية متخصصة لاختيار مدير الطرح النهائي، مستهدفة مبدئيًا طرح 50% من أسهمها لتلبية خطط النمو والتوسعات المستقبلية. وتتزامن دراسة خيار الطرح العام مع سعي الشركة لجمع نحو مليار جنيه من التمويل خلال العام الجاري لزيادة حجم محفظتها التمويلية في السوق المصرية. حلول تمويلية غير تقليدية وأضاف عمر أن استراتيجية “قسطلي” لعام 2026 ترتكز على حلول تمويلية غير تقليدية تشمل التوسع خارج الإطار البنكي عبر مباحثات مع صناديق استثمار عقارية محلية ودولية لضخ استثمارات مباشرة، مع استهداف وصول حجم أعمال الشركة إلى 3 مليارات جنيه بنهاية 2026، مدعومًا بخطة توسعية لتعميق وجودها في السوق المصري وزيادة قاعدة عملائها التي بلغت نحو 330 عميلًا منذ انطلاق نشاطها في 2018.LIV Golf files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy
