تناقش الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة كرستمارك للمقاولات والتطوير العقاري، يوم الثلاثاء 20 فبراير المقبل، موقف بيع المشروع المملوك للشركة بالساحل الشمالي. وقالت الشركة في بيان للبورصة اليوم، إن الجمعية ستناقش النظر في تعديل المادة رقم 4 من النظام الأساسي للشركة والخاصة بالمقر الرئيسي للشركة، ووالنظر فى تعديل المادة رقم 26 من النظام الأساسي للشركة، والنظر في تعديل إستخدامات متحصلات زيادة رأسمال الشركة المصدر من 89.8 مليون جنيه إلى 179.6 مليون جنيه والسابق اعتمادها من الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة المنعقدة بتاريخ 15 فبراير 2025. وحققت شركة كرستمارك للمقاولات والتطوير العقاري صافي ربح بلغ 103.62 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقابل خسائر بقيمة 47.3 مليون جنيه خلال المدة نفسها من 2024. وبلغت إيرادات الشركة خلال المدة المرصودة نحو 281 مليون جنيه.'Just married': Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce tie the knot
