«كوبر للاستثمار» تعلن تغطية اكتتاب زيادة رأس المال أكثر من 104 مرات
أعلنت شركة كوبر للاستثمار التجاري والتطوير العقاري عن غلق باب الاكتتاب في المرحلة الثانية من زيادة رأس المال بنهاية يوم 3 فبراير 2026، محققة إقبالًا كبيرًا من المستثمرين. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أن عدد الأسهم المطروحة في المرحلة الثانية بلغ نحو 18.26 مليون سهم، تمثل نسبة 1.74% من إجمالي أسهم زيادة رأس المال التي لم يتم الاكتتاب فيها خلال المرحلة الأولى. وأضافت أن الاكتتاب شهد تغطية قوية، حيث بلغ عدد مرات التغطية نحو 104.41 مرة تقريبًا، بإجمالي قيمة اكتتاب تجاوزت 293 مليون جنيه مصري، فيما بلغت نسبة التخصيص نحو 95% تقريبًا. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن بنك بيت التمويل الكويتي، بصفته بنك تلقي الاكتتاب، سيقوم برد المبالغ الزائدة عن قيمة الاكتتاب للمساهمين من خلال فروعه داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. وأكدت الشركة أن النتائج القوية للاكتتاب تعكس ثقة المستثمرين في أداء الشركة وخططها التوسعية خلال الفترة المقبلة.Dollar Gains as Crude Oil Prices and T-Note Yields Surge
