«كوربليس» تعتزم إصدار سندات قصيرة الأجل بـ 2 مليار جنيه
قالت شركة كوربليس للتأجير التمويلي – مصر أن شركة ميريس الشرق الأوسط للتصنيف الائتماني وخدمة المستثمرين، منحتها التصنيف المحلي للملاءة الائتمانية (تصنيف الجدارة) للسندات قصيرة الأجل المزمع إصدارها من قبل الشركة، بدرجة P2 للالتزامات قصيرة الأجل، وهو ما يعكس تقييم مديونية الإصدار ضمن فئة Short Term Senior Unsecured Debt. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن منح «ميريس» التصنيف جاء استنادًا إلى الدراسات التحليلية التي أجرتها حول أداء الشركة، بالاعتماد على القوائم المالية المدققة والمنتهية في 31 مارس 2025. وأشارت شركة كوربليس إلى أنها تعتزم طرح الإصدار الأول من السندات قصيرة الأجل غير المضمونة بقيمة 2 مليار جنيه مصري، ولمدة 12 شهرًا، بعائد سنوي ثابت، على أن يتم صرف الكوبون الأول بعد ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الإصدار، مع استهلاك قيمة السندات دفعة واحدة في نهاية عمر الإصدار، علمًا بأن السندات غير قابلة للاستدعاء المعجل. وأضافت أن حصيلة الإصدار ستُستخدم في تنويع مصادر تمويل نشاط الشركة، خاصة في مجالات عقود التأجير التمويلي والتخصيم، إلى جانب سداد المصروفات العمومية للشركة. ولفتت «ميريس» إلى أن السندات قصيرة الأجل محل التصنيف غير مضمونة، وبالتالي تُعد من الناحية الهيكلية أقل مرتبة في السداد مقارنة بالديون المضمونة القائمة على الشركة (Structurally Subordinated). وأكدت أن التصنيف الائتماني بدرجة P2 (2 Prime) يُعد تصنيفًا استثماريًا، ويعكس قدرة جيدة للإصدار على الوفاء بالتزاماته من أقساط وفوائد قصيرة الأجل في مواعيد استحقاقها، مع مستوى جدارة ائتمانية أعلى من المتوسط مقارنة بإصدارات مماثلة داخل الدولة.Banco Macro Becomes Oversold (BMA)
