«لوتس للاستثمار الزراعي» ترفع سقف قرض المساهم الرئيسي إلى 100 مليون جنيه
وافقت الجمعية العامة العادية لشركة لوتس للاستثمار الزراعي والتنمية بالإجماع على رفع سقف التمويل المقدم من المساهم الرئيسي والعضو المنتدب للشركة، في صورة قرض حسن، ليصل إلى 100 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الموافقة جاءت بعد استبعاد الأسهم المملوكة لـ أيمن إسماعيل صلاح عبد المجيد العبد، المساهم الرئيسي والعضو المنتدب بالشركة، والأطراف المرتبطة به من التصويت على القرار. ويستهدف التمويل دعم احتياجات الشركة التمويلية وتوفير السيولة اللازمة لمواصلة ممارسة نشاطها، إلى جانب المساعدة في الوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية. ويأتي قرار الجمعية العامة في إطار دعم المركز المالي والسيولة المتاحة للشركة، بما يتيح لها توفير الاحتياجات التمويلية اللازمة لتنفيذ أعمالها ومواصلة نشاطها. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن التمويل المقدم من المساهم الرئيسي يأتي في صورة قرض حسن، دون الإشارة إلى عوائد أو فوائد مستحقة عليه. وكانت الجمعية العامة العادية قد انعقدت في 1 أكتوبر 2026، وشهدت الموافقة على القرار بالإجماع، مع مراعاة استبعاد الأسهم المرتبطة بالمساهم الرئيسي من عملية التصويت.Cramer’s week ahead: Earnings kick off as banks and chipmakers face big tests
