«لوتس للتنمية» تطلب رفع سقف تمويل المساهم الرئيسي إلى 100 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة لوتس للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي، عن إدراج مقترح لزيادة سقف التمويل المقدم من المساهم الرئيسي للشركة في صورة قرض حسن إلى 100 مليون جنيه، وذلك ضمن جدول أعمال الجمعية العامة العادية المقرر انعقادها في 24 سبتمبر 2026. وأوضحت الشركة، في إخطار للبورصة المصرية، أن القوائم المالية عن الفترة المنتهية في 30 يونيو 2026 أظهرت قيام المساهم الرئيسي بتمويل الشركة من خلال قرض حسن بإجمالي 57.52 مليون جنيه. وأضافت أن المقترح الجديد يستهدف رفع سقف تمويل المساهم الرئيسي إلى 100 مليون جنيه في صورة قرض حسن، وذلك لمواجهة احتياجات الشركة من السيولة اللازمة لمتطلبات نشاطها. وأشارت شركة لوتس إلى أن الموافقة على زيادة سقف التمويل تظل رهناً باعتماد الجمعية العامة العادية للمقترح خلال اجتماعها المقرر في سبتمبر المقبل. وأكدت الشركة أن الإجراء يأتي في إطار استمرار دعم المساهم الرئيسي، وتعزيز الملاءة المالية للشركة، وضمان استقرار عملياتها خلال الفترة المقبلة.In charts: How one of the world's biggest economies got trapped by debt
