«ماريديف» تعتزم تأسيس شركة تابعة في الإمارات ضمن خطتها للتوسع الإقليمي
اعلنت شركة الخدمات الملاحية والبترولية – ماريديف خطتها للتوسع الإقليمي، حيث تعتزم تأسيس شركة تابعة ذات مسؤولية محدودة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ضمن استراتيجيتها لتعزيز تواجدها في الأسواق الخارجية. وأوضحت الشركة في إفصاحها لبورصة مصر اليوم الأربعاء، أن التفاصيل النهائية الخاصة بعملية التأسيس ما تزال قيد الدراسة، ومن المقرر الإفصاح عنها عقب موافقة الجمعية العامة للشركة على القرار. وعلى الصعيد المالي، أظهرت القوائم المجمعة لـ«ماريديف» تحقيق صافي ربح قدره 10.88 مليون دولار خلال النصف الأول من عام 2025، مقابل 5.14 مليون دولار خلال الفترة نفسها من 2024، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت إيرادات الشركة إلى 124.67 مليون دولار خلال الستة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري، مقارنة بـ107.23 مليون دولار في الفترة المماثلة من العام الماضي، مدفوعة بتحسن الأداء التشغيلي في أنشطة الدعم البحري والخدمات البترولية. وفي المقابل، أظهرت القوائم المالية المستقلة للشركة خسائر بقيمة 22.31 مليون دولار حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل أرباح بلغت 1.56 مليون دولار في النصف الأول من العام الماضي، وأرجعت الشركة هذه الخسائر إلى تكوين مخصصات لمواجهة عملية بيع شركتها التابعة “فالنتين ماريتيم المحدودة”.Musk's bad week: Tesla suffers worst slump since 2022, SpaceX drops ahead of Starship test flight
