«مايكروسوفت» تسرح 4800 موظف مع الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي
تستهدف شركة مايكروسوفت الاستغناء عن نحو 2.1% من قوتها العاملة، أي ما يقارب 4,800 وظيفة، في أحدث موجة من تسريحات العاملين في قطاع التكنولوجيا، وذلك في وقت تنفق فيه الشركة المطورة لنظام ويندوز بكثافة على البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي، وتستخدم هذه التقنية لتحسين الكفاءة في مختلف أعمالها. الذكاء الاصطناعي وتُشكّل النفقات التاريخية لشركات التكنولوجيا الكبرى على الذكاء الاصطناعي، والمُتوقع أن تتجاوز 700 مليار دولار هذا العام، ضغطًا متزايدًا على الشركات لإظهار العوائد التي تحققها هذه التقنية، وتعويض التكاليف المتزايدة لتطبيقها في أعمالها. وسرّحت كل من أمازون وميتا آلاف الموظفين أيضًا هذا العام. مايكروسوفت وأعلنت “مايكروسوفت” عن هذه التخفيضات يوم الاثنين، بعد فترة صعبة تراجعت خلالها أسهمها بنحو 23% خلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، وهو أسوأ أداء للنصف الأول من العام منذ عام 2022، بحسب “رويترز”. وكانت شركة البرمجيات العملاقة قد عرضت في وقت سابق من هذا العام برامج تقاعد طوعي على نحو 7% من موظفيها في الولايات المتحدة، أي ما يقرب من 9,000 موظف.China's Alibaba bans Anthropic AI for employees after 'distillation attack' accusation
