محمد معيط: 33% نسبة المرتبات والدعم من الموازنة العامة

قال محمد معيط، المدير التنفيذي بصندوق النقد الدولي، أن المرتبات تمثل 16% من الموازنة العامة للدولة، والدعم 17%، بينما تصل خدمة الدين إلى 49%. خدمة الدين وأكد محمد معيط، خلال حواره مع الإعلامي أحمد موسى، مُقدّم برنامج «على مسئوليتي»، عبر قناة «صدى البلد»، أن ارتفاع خدمة الدين يشكل عبئًا على وزير المالية ويؤثر سلبًا على جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، ويزيد من الضغوط الاقتصادية على الدولة خفض الدين العام وأضاف أن هناك طرق عملية لخفض الدين العام في مصر، مشيرًا إلى أن سرعة معدل التمويل وزيادة الإيرادات تلعب دورًا رئيسيًا في تقليل نسبة خدمة الدين، مما يتيح توجيه الأموال إلى مشروعات تنموية أخرى تفيد المواطنين. وأوضح معيط، أن تقليل نسبة خدمة الدين يسمح للحكومة بتخصيص مزيد من الموارد للمشروعات العامة، بما يسهم في تحسين الخدمات وتحقيق استقرار اقتصادي أكبر. وأشار المدير التنفيذي بصندوق النقد الدولي إلى أن قبل عام 2011 كانت الموازنة تُخصص للأجور والدعم وخدمة الدين وتشغيل الدولة، إلا أن نسبة خدمة الدين كانت تمثل تحديًا كبيرًا إذ وصلت إلى 49% من إجمالي الموازنة.
