«مدينة مصر» تسند تنفيذ مولًا تجاريًا للنصر للاعمال المدنية بقيمة 185 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة النصر للأعمال المدنية عن إسناد تنفيذ مشروع المول التجاري بحدائق النصر بمدينة 6 أكتوبر إليها من قبل شركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير، وذلك بقيمة إجمالية تقديرية بلغت 185.5 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أن مدة تنفيذ المشروع تبلغ 12 شهرًا من تاريخ بدء الأعمال، مشيرة إلى أن المشروع يأتي ضمن خطة التوسع في المشروعات العمرانية والتجارية بمدينة 6 أكتوبر. ويعد هذا التعاقد خطوة تعزز من محفظة أعمال النصر للأعمال المدنية وتدعم تواجدها في المشروعات القومية والخاصة على حد سواء. حققت النصر للأعمال المدنية صافي ربح بقيمة 3.79 مليون جنيه خلال النصف الأول من العام الجاري، مقابل أرباح بقيمة 4.2 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. وتراجعت إيرادات الشركة خلال الفترة إلى 185.75 مليون جنيه، مقابل 202.26 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنةUpcoming Dividend Run For GDV?
