«مدينة مصر» تشتري 1.25 مليون سهم خزينة
أعلنت شركة مدينة مصر للإسكان والتعمير تنفيذ عملية شراء لأسهم الخزينة، في إطار قرار مجلس الإدارة الصادر بتاريخ 28 يونيو 2026. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أنها قامت بشراء 1.25 مليون سهم خزينة خلال جلسة تداول أمس الأحد. وكانت الشركة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن تراجع صافي أرباحها المجمعة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026 بنسبة 14.14% على أساس سنوي، متأثرة بارتفاع تكاليف النشاط والمصروفات البيعية والتسويقية. وسجلت الشركة صافي ربح بلغ 682.51 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير إلى مارس 2026، مقابل 794.94 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، فيما بلغ نصيب مساهمي الشركة الأم من الأرباح 677.69 مليون جنيه، مقارنة بنحو 793.86 مليون جنيه في الربع الأول من 2025. ورغم تراجع الأرباح، ارتفعت صافي إيرادات النشاط إلى 2.751 مليار جنيه خلال الربع الأول من العام الجاري، مقابل 2.562 مليار جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من العام الماضي. وعلى مستوى القوائم المالية المستقلة، تراجع صافي أرباح الشركة إلى 613.04 مليون جنيه خلال الربع الأول من 2026، مقارنة مع 761.31 مليون جنيه في الفترة نفسها من العام السابق.Trump defends Balogun review call: 'It wasn't a foul'
