قرر مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس الوزراء، مد فترة عمل لجان حصر المناطق التي بها أماكن مؤجرة لغرض السكني بقانون تنظيم العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر، وذلك لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تبدأ من 15 نوفمبر 2025. تنظيم العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر وبحسب نص المادة الثالثة من القانون، يُصدر المحافظ المختص قرارًا بتشكيل لجان حصر في نطاق كل محافظة، تتولى تقسيم المناطق التي تضم وحدات مؤجرة لغرض السكنى إلى ثلاث فئات رئيسية: مناطق متميزة، ومناطق متوسطة، ومناطق اقتصادية. قانون الإيجار القديم ووضع قانون الإيجار القديم رقم 164 لسنة 2025، وضع آلية واضحة لعمل اللجان المختصة بحصر وتقسيم المناطق السكنية الخاضعة لأحكام القانون، في خطوة تستهدف تحقيق العدالة في تنظيم العلاقة بين المؤجر والمستأجر، وفق معايير عادلة تراعي طبيعة كل منطقة.Dollar Eases on Euro and Yen Strength
