وافق مجلس الوزراء على مشروع قرار رئيس الجمهورية بمد فترة تلقي طلبات التقنين على الأراضي المملوكة للدولة ملكية خاصة، لمدة 6 أشهر جديدة، في ضوء انتهاء المدة الحالية. كما تمت الموافقة على مشروع قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء بمد المدة المقررة لتقديم طلبات التصالح في بعض مخالفات البناء إلى الجهة الإدارية، لمدة 6 أشهر إضافية تبدأ من 5 نوفمبر 2026. ويأتي ذلك بحيث يتيح لأصحاب الشأن الذين لم يتسنَ لهم استكمال إجراءات التصالح خلال المدة المقررة، استيفاء الإجراءات والمستندات اللازمة، بما يسهم في تحقيق الغاية التي استهدفها المشرع من إتاحة إطار قانوني لتقنين أوضاع المباني المخالفة.France to release diesel reserves in a bid to calm student protests
