«مستقبل مصر» يخفض حصته في «المنصورة للدواجن» إلى 15.4%
خفض جهاز مستقبل مصر حصته في شركة المنصورة للدواجن بنهاية الربع الرابع من العام الماضي إلى 15.44%، مقابل 19.20% في وقت سابق، وفقًا لإفصاح مرسل للبورصة المصرية. وفي وقت سابق، أعلنت شركة المنصورة للدواجن عن قيام جهاز مستقبل مصر بشراء 111.103 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة، لترتفع حصته في رأسمال الشركة من 4.767% إلى 22.544%. تفاصيل الصفقة أوضحت الشركة أن الجهاز اشترى الأسهم بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 212.644 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر شراء 1.9139 جنيه للسهم الواحد، مشيرة إلى أن شركة عربية أون لاين للوساطة في الأوراق المالية تولت تنفيذ الصفقة. رأسمال “المنصورة للدواجن” وأضاف البيان أن المساهم سيف محمود حسن جاب الله تخارج من رأسمال الشركة بعد بيع كامل حصته البالغة 8.55% مقابل 101.593 مليون جنيه. كما قامت المجموعة المرتبطة به ببيع كامل حصصها، والتي تمثلت في 4.21% لصالح محمد محمود حسن جاب الله، و1.26% لصالح حازم محمود حسن جاب الله. هيكل المساهمين بعد الصفقة أصبح جهاز مستقبل مصر للتنمية المستدامة المساهم الأكبر في هيكل ملكية “المنصورة للدواجن” بنسبة 22.544%، يليه صندوق التأمين الخاص بالعاملين في هيئة قناة السويس بنسبة 9.99%، ثم شركة زيتا للاستثمار بنسبة 8.89%.Erdogan's warm ties with Trump offer Turkey an edge ahead of NATO summit
