«مصر الجديدة» تسوي مديونية بـ96.3 مليون جنيه مع «المعادي للتشييد»

أعلنت شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير، إحدى شركات القابضة للتشييد والتعمير، عن نجاحها في إبرام تسوية شاملة للمديونية المستحقة لها لدى شركة المعادي للتشييد، والتي توقفت عن السداد منذ أكتوبر 2022 وحتى تاريخه، وبلغت قيمتها نحو 96.33 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة أن التسوية تضمنت اتفاق الطرفين على سداد المديونية بالكامل عبر نقل ملكية قطعة أرض فضاء مرفقة بمساحة 4,945 مترًا مربعًا، تقع بالكيلو 22.25 بطريق القاهرة – الإسماعيلية الصحراوي، لصالح شركة مصر الجديدة، مع توقيع عقد بيع نهائي يمثل وفاءً كاملًا ونهائيًا للمديونية المستحقة. وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن جهودها لاستيداء مستحقاتها المتأخرة وتعزيز مركزها المالي. ويذكر أن شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير تأسست عام 1906 على يد البارون إمبان الذي أسس ضاحية مصر الجديدة كأحد أبرز النماذج العمرانية العصرية والمتكاملة في ذلك الوقت.
