«مصر الجديدة للإسكان» توقع تسهيلًا ائتمانيًا بـ 1.5 مليار جنيه مع بنك القاهرة
أعلنت شركة مصر الجديدة للإسكان والتعمير توقيع عقد تسهيل ائتماني مع بنك القاهرة بقيمة 1.5 مليار جنيه، وذلك في إطار تنفيذ قرار مجلس الإدارة بتفويض العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي بالتفاوض للحصول على تمويل قصير الأجل بأفضل الشروط التمويلية وأقل تكلفة فائدة ممكنة. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، اليوم أن التسهيل الائتماني يأتي بضمان التدفقات النقدية والإيرادات المتوقعة من عقود المشاركات المبرمة مع شركاء التطوير. وأضافت أن من المقرر تسوية التمويل خلال الربع الأخير من العام الجاري، مشيرة إلى أن الهدف من التسهيل يتمثل في دعم تمويل المشروعات التوسعية وتعزيز قدرة الشركة على تنفيذ خططها الاستثمارية. وأكدت الشركة أن التمويل يسهم في الحفاظ على كفاءة إدارة السيولة وتعظيم الاستفادة من الموارد التمويلية المتاحة، بما يدعم خططها الاستثمارية والتوسعية خلال الفترة المقبلة.After a sell-off, this medical device stock looks like a gift for patient investors
