«مصر بني سويف» تنفي تقدمها بطلب الحصول على رخصة أسمنت جديدة
أكدت شركة مصر بني سويف للأسمنت في بيان رسمي صادر اليوم عن مديرية الإفصاح بالبورصة المصرية، أنها لم تتقدم بأي طلبات أو مكاتبات بخصوص المنافسة على الحصول على رخصة أسمنت جديدة، وذلك ردًا على ما تم تداوله مؤخرًا في السوق. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أنها تلتزم بشكل كامل بالإفصاح والشفافية مع البورصة والمستثمرين، مؤكدة أن أي أحداث أو معلومات جوهرية تتعلق بنشاط الشركة أو توسعاتها سيتم الإعلان عنها فورًا من خلال القنوات الرسمية وفقًا للضوابط القانونية المعتمدة. وأشار البيان إلى حرص الشركة على تحقيق أقصى درجات العدالة في الإفصاح والتواصل المستمر مع السوق، مضيفًا أن أي معلومات حول نشاطها التجاري ستكون متاحة فقط عبر وسائل الإفصاح الرسمية المعتمدة من البورصة المصرية. وتأتي هذه التصريحات في إطار حرص الشركة على الحفاظ على ثقة المستثمرين وضمان استقرار المعلومات المتعلقة بأدائها وأنشطتها المستقبلية.The ETF market is pushing the limits of the leverage it can handle.
