مصر تتسلم 3.5 مليار دولار من شريك قطري لتنمية «سملا وعلم الروم»
صرح المستشار محمد الحمصاني، المتحدث الرسمي باسم رئاسة الوزراء، أن مصر تسلمت 3.5 مليار دولار ضمن الصفقة الاستثمارية الخاصة بتنفيذ مشروع تطوير وتنمية قطعة من الأرض في منطقة “سملا وعلم الروم” بالساحل الشمالي الغربي بمحافظة مطروح. وتتم الصفقة من خلال شراكة بين وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، ممثلة في هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، وشركة “الديار” القطرية، والتي تم توقيع عقدها في 6 نوفمبر الماضي. تفاصيل الصفقة وأوضح الحمصاني أن المبلغ المستلم يمثل قيمة “الثمن النقدي” للشق الأول من الاتفاق، على أن يتبعه شق ثانٍ يتمثل في “مقابل عيني” عبارة عن وحدات سكنية من المشروع، يُستهدف أن يحقق بيعها قيمة تقدر بنحو 1.8 مليار دولار. وأضاف أن هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة ستستحق أيضًا حصة بنسبة 15% من صافي أرباح المشروع، بما يشمل صافي أرباح شركة المشروع والكيانات التابعة لها، سواء من “الديار القطرية” أو شركة المشروع، وذلك بعد استرداد التكلفة الاستثمارية المستردة وفق أحكام الاتفاق. تعزيز الشراكة المصرية القطرية وأكد الحمصاني أن هذه الخطوة تُعد ترجمة لتوجيهات الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي وأمير دولة قطر الشيخ تميم بن حمد آل ثاني لتعميق الشراكة الاقتصادية بين القاهرة والدوحة، وتعزيز التعاون الثنائي والعمل المشترك لدعم التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة التي تخدم تطلعات الشعبين الشقيقين.Trump says U.S. to build a 'large Military presence' in Greenland as part of a security deal with it and Denmark
