أعلن الاجتماع الوزاري لمنظمة الأقطار العربية المصدرة للبترول (أوابك) رقم 115 بدولة الكويت، بمشاركة كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية على رأس وفد بترولي مصري رفيع المستوى، نجاح مصر في حصد جائزتي أوابك للبحث العلمي لعام 2024. معهد بحوث البترول وفازت بالجائزة الأولى داليا رضوان عبدالحافظ من معهد بحوث البترول، عن بحثها حول تحويل غازات الدفيئة عبر الإيثانول إلى وقود طيران مستدام. الشركة المصرية القابضة للبتروكيماويات كما فاز بالجائزة الثانية مصطفى محمد عرفة مرسي إبراهيم من الشركة المصرية القابضة للبتروكيماويات، عن بحث بعنوان: آفاق دمج تقنيات الطاقة المتجددة.The 'robot relations' department may become reality in workplace of the future
