مصر تطرح سندات «ساموراي» بقيمة 500 مليون دولار

طرحت مصر سندات “ساموراي” اليابانية بما يعادل نحو 500 مليون دولار، على شريحتين لأجل خمس وعشر سنوات، ضمن خطة الحكومة لتنويع أدوات الدين، وإطالة متوسط آجال الاستحقاق، وخفض تكلفة الاقتراض. إصدار خاص ونقلت “الشرق بلومبرج” عن مصدر مسؤول أن طرح السندات يتم من خلال إصدار خاص، مشيرًا إلى أنه لم يتم حتى الآن الكشف عن المستثمرين المشاركين في الاكتتاب. ما هي سندات ساموراي وتعد سندات “ساموراي” أدوات دين مقومة بالين الياباني، يصدرها مقترضون أجانب في السوق اليابانية، بهدف الوصول إلى قاعدة جديدة من المستثمرين وتنويع مصادر التمويل. وسبق أن طرحت مصر إصدارين من سندات “ساموراي” خلال عامي 2022 و2023، بقيمة تعادل 500 مليون دولار لكل إصدار. إصدارات دولية وكانت مصر قد جمعت مليار دولار من أسواق الدين الدولية في مايو الماضي من خلال إصدار سندات لأجل ثماني سنوات، في أول طرح خارجي منذ اندلاع الحرب مع إيران، في خطوة عكست ثقة المستثمرين في الاقتصاد المصري وقدرته على التعامل مع تداعيات الأزمة. طلبات اكتتاب قوية وأظهرت بيانات الطرح أن طلبات الاكتتاب تجاوزت 3.9 مليار دولار، بعد استبعاد طلبات مديري الإصدار، ما أتاح للحكومة خفض السعر الاسترشادي الأولي من نحو 8% إلى عائد نهائي بلغ 7.625%.
