«مصر للفنادق» تبدأ تطوير فندق النيل ريتز كارلتون بتعاقدات 95 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة مصر للفنادق عن بدء إجراءات تطوير فندق النيل ريتز كارلتون، بعد موافقة مجلس الإدارة على اختيار المكاتب الاستشارية التي قدمت أفضل العروض الفنية والمالية. وأوضحت الشركة في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية اليوم الخميس، أنها بدأت التعاقد مع مكتب EHAF لتنفيذ الأعمال المسندة بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ 95.27 مليون جنيه. كما قررت الشركة إسناد جزء آخر من أعمال التطوير إلى مكتب HBA، تقديرًا لتفوق عرضه الفني والمالي، بقيمة تصل إلى 1.95 مليون دولار، وتشمل هذه الأعمال الأعمال الأساسية (Basic Scope) والبنود التفصيلية (Itemized Scope)، دون احتساب الأعمال الاختيارية (Optional Scope). وأكدت الشركة أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن خطة التطوير المستمر لتعزيز كفاءة أصولها الفندقية، بما يتوافق مع أعلى المعايير العالمية. وفي سياق متصل، سجلت شركة مصر للفنادق ارتفاعًا في أرباحها بنسبة 4% خلال الربع الأول من العام المالي الجاري، لتصل إلى 363.2 مليون جنيه مقارنة بـ 349.4 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام المالي الماضي، كما زادت إيرادات الشركة خلال الثلاثة أشهر الأولى إلى 519.6 مليون جنيه مقابل 458.9 مليون جنيه في نفس الفترة من العام المالي السابق.Cocoa Prices Rebound on Forecasts for Dry Weather in the Ivory Coast
